Same-day dispatch
Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are picked, packed and dispatched the same working day. Orders after the cut-off, or at weekends and on bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
Discreet, always
- Plain outer packaging — no branding, no product names, nothing to hint at what's inside.
- The sender shows as a neutral name, and your payment appears as “XTU Retail”.
- A single, unmarked parcel wherever possible.
Where we deliver
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Prices shown include VAT at 20%. We are not able to deliver to addresses outside the UK.
Delivery times & your rights
The timings above are estimates based on the carrier's service, not guarantees — once a parcel is with the carrier its progress is in their hands. What is not an estimate is this: unless we have agreed otherwise with you, we will deliver your order without undue delay and within 30 days of your order being confirmed. If we miss that, you can treat the order as cancelled and we will refund you in full.
Goods become your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave us. Until then, any loss or damage in transit is ours to resolve — not yours.
If something goes wrong
- Parcel not arrived? Give it one working day past the estimate — carriers often mark items early — then email hello@xtoys.uk with your order number and we'll chase it.
- Arrived damaged? Tell us within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it, including delivery. A photo speeds it up.
- Wrong address? Email us as quickly as you can. If the order has not yet been dispatched we can usually change it; once it has left, we may have to wait for it to come back.
