XtoysGround rules
This forum exists so people can ask the questions they would rather not ask out loud, and get answers from people who have actually tried the thing. Keeping it useful takes very few rules.
Your name is never shown
You post under a nickname you choose the first time you write something. Your real name, your email address and your order history are never published and are never visible to other members. Staff can see who an account belongs to; nobody else can.
Pick a nickname that is not your real name, and not one you use somewhere that identifies you. You cannot change it later.
Your first post is checked
Everyone's first post waits for a moderator — usually a few hours, at most a day. It is the simplest way to keep advertising out. Once that post is approved, everything you write afterwards appears immediately.
What is not allowed
- Advertising. No promoting shops, affiliate links or your own products. New members cannot post links at all.
- Personal information. Do not post anybody's real name, address, phone number, workplace or photographs — including your own. Once it is public you cannot take it back.
- Anything involving minors. Instant and permanent removal, no discussion.
- Anything non-consensual, or advice that puts someone at real risk of harm.
- Abuse. Disagree as much as you like. Attack the point, not the person.
- Meeting up. This is a discussion forum, not a contact site. There is no private messaging, and requests for it will be removed.
Be careful what you share
Forum topics are public web pages and search engines index them. Write as though anyone you know might read it, because in principle they could.
Reporting
Every post has a Report link. It tells a moderator to take a look; it never removes anything on its own, and no number of reports can. If something needs urgent attention, email hello@xtoys.uk.
Advice here is not medical advice
Members share personal experience, not professional guidance. If something hurts, does not stop bleeding, or will not come out, stop reading the internet and speak to a doctor or call 111. Nobody there will be shocked.
Moderation
We remove posts that break the rules, close topics that have run their course, and withdraw posting access from accounts that keep at it. Your account, your orders and your order history are unaffected by any of that.
