The box contains two distinct sets of chocolates: 3 His chocolates blended with maca, fenugreek and Korean ginseng extracts, and 3 Her chocolates blended with ashwagandha, fenugreek and Korean ginseng extracts. Both are made from 62% Ecuadorian dark chocolate with cacao mass, sugar and cacao butter as a base, finished with a gingerbread-style natural flavouring. Alongside the chocolates are 6 play cards, designed to spark new ideas and give the two of you something to talk through, or act on, once the chocolates are finished.

These are eaten rather than applied, forming part of a shared moment rather than a solo snack. Most people notice an effect within about an hour of eating, and it's said to last up to 24 hours, though this will vary from person to person. His chocolates use the same dark chocolate base with a 5% blend of maca, fenugreek and Korean ginseng in place of the ashwagandha.
